This program, designed who those who manage people (and those who aspire to), consists of local and UC-wide programs and e-courses, and in-person learning experiences.
Topics include: performance management, managing implicit bias, managing people, administration and operations, change management and communication.
The certificate is comprised of 16 core e-courses and four elective courses housed in the UC Learning Center. Newly hired or promoted managers/supervisors are expected to complete the certificate within six months of their appointment.
