This training is facilitated by HRPC-North and is required of all H&H team members who are appointed as departmental hiring managers. In this class, managers receive an overview of the recruitment process and best hiring practices and techniques. They gain knowledge to build effective interview plans, open-ended questions, rating criteria and select team members who possess key H&H behavioral traits.
