Partner with Dr. Heather Caruso from UCLA Anderson in bringing training workshops to strengthen the climate for greater equity, diversity, and inclusion at H&H. The series of interactive training includes active listening, conflict management, and cultural diversity with an ECHO approach: being Engaged, Courageous, Humble, and Open. The series is an extension of the existing Emotional Intelligence & Diversity training. More details to come.
