H&H Spanish Learning Program

We are excited to offer a new Spanish Learning Program exclusively for Housing and Hospitality Dining Services managers at this time.

This 24-week program is designed to help motivated managers enhance their leadership impact by improving communication, team trust, and increasing team engagement and productivity.

Classes will be held in person, twice per week, beginning in September.

Enrollment will be limited to 20 team members from Housing & Hospitality.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a current supervisor or manager
• Be a non-probationary, career H&H staff member working at least 75% time
• At least one year of service in the current role is preferred.
• Departmental approval for participation from department heads is required.
• Participants must be in good standing with regard to performance and attendance, as confirmed by their supervisor.
